Delivery & Timing
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. While we do everything possible to ensure a smooth process, delays can occasionally occur once a package is in transit.
We recommend placing orders with enough time to account for shipping and handling, especially for time-sensitive events.

Once an order has been shipped, we have little to no control over delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue arises during transit, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Please note that we pay close attention to wedding dates and sometimes prioritize orders accordingly. During holidays, please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery unless express shipping is requested.
