The details
Our Digital Proofing Process takes the guesswork out of ordering personalized wedding accessories and gifts. Once your proof is complete, you will receive a message link with instructions on how to view your proof. Your digital proof will remain available for 5-7 days for review before finalizing your order. We have a small fee for this service, but it guarantees your satisfaction with the personalized items we offer.
Once you've reviewed your proof and are completely happy with it, simply click the approval link to start production. If you're not satisfied, our designer will work with you to make any necessary changes.
Your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and we want to help make it absolutely percect. To ensure your complete satisfaction, your item will not be shipped without your approval. Please keep in mind that extensive changes may result in additional charges, but we will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want.
