Because of the custom nature of our work, we only accept returns/exchanges due to defects, damage, or if the wrong item was shipped in error. Please check your item and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST NOT BE OPENED OR REMOVED FROM SEALED PLASTIC SLEEVES.
Ship by dates/Need By date
We respectfully ask for 2-3 weeks of processing time. All order receipts provide you with a "ship by date". and will be shipped on or before that date unless we are notified and approve your "need by date".
