Due to the handmade and customized nature of many of our items, slight variations in color, texture, placement of embellishments, and natural materials may occur. These variations are considered part of the uniqueness and artistry of handmade products and are not considered defects.

 

2. CUSTOM ORDERS & PERSONALIZATION

Customers are responsible for:

• Reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order

• Verifying spelling, dates, names, and customization information

• Reviewing any digital proofs carefully before approval

Once a custom order has entered production or has been approved, changes may not be possible.

African American Bridal is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect dates, or inaccurate customization information after approval.

 

3. PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing times vary depending on the product and level of customization.

Estimated shipping and processing times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

African American Bridal is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers

• Weather conditions

• Holidays

• Customs delays

• Incorrect shipping addresses were provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

 

4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, African American Bridal is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues. In certain situations, African American Bridal may assist customers with filing claims when applicable.

 

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Customers must report defects or workmanship concerns within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

African American Bridal reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund will be issued.

Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund consideration.

 

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled prior to production.

Once materials have been ordered, personalization has begun, or production has started, cancellation requests may be denied or subject to a cancellation fee.
