Because of the custom nature of our work, we only accept returns/exchanges due to defects, damage, or if the wrong item was shipped in error. Please check your item and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

Ship by dates/Need By date

All order receipts provide you with a "ship by date". and will be shipped on or before that date unless we are notified and approve your "need by date".
